Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer specializing in Paid Media and Facebook Ads to drive lead generation and course enrollments for our online courses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategizing, analyzing, and optimizing ad performance for successful campaign results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads for online courses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rate (CVR), and budget management.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Implement advanced audience segmentation, including lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns, to generate qualified leads.
  • Creative Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to test ad variations (copy, visuals, and formats) and optimize for best-performing combinations that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Plan, design, and create landing pages to generate leads.
  • Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking: Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting KPI results, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation, preferably in online education or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of being able to scale and handle significant ad budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing funnels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic copywriting and graphic design skills.
  • Excellent at multitasking.
