Job Summary

Sagan is an exclusive membership community bridging the gap between global talent and US-based businesses. As a Digital Marketing Strategist for E-commerce Growth, you will develop and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI. You will also create and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging automation and personalization.

About the Role

This is an innovative position where you will work closely with US clients to develop customized e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Your expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, as well as your proficiency in Klaviyo, will drive growth, engagement, and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising Campaign Management
    • Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
    • Plan and execute ad strategies aligned with business objectives and audience segmentation.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Email Marketing and Automation
    • Design and implement email campaigns using Klaviyo, leveraging automation and personalization.
    • Create engaging email content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
    • Track and refine email campaign strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • E-Commerce Strategy
    • Manage and optimize Shopify stores, focusing on customer experience and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through targeted campaigns.
    • Utilize analytics tools to enhance store performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze performance across platforms, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.
    • Present results to stakeholders and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
    • Ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing, including automation and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
