Job Overview

The Caregiver Team Builder plays a vital role in the success of our organization by recruiting highly results-oriented caregivers, matching them with clients, and coordinating schedules. This position requires exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage the caregiver team by recruiting high-performing staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner via phone or email.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, and other creative avenues.
  • Phone screen, conduct virtual interviews, and perform reference checks on caregivers.
  • Remind candidates of upcoming orientation to increase show rate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure all client needs are met and documented.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Recruiting experience with a focus on urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and identify qualities in candidates such as reliability, coachability, curiosity, and commitment to succeed.
