Investor Relations Specialist">

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating the strength of our organization to local and foreign investors/shareholders, credit rating agencies, financial and equity analysts, and select regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present investor relations materials and analysis for IR activities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, analysts, and regulators;
  • Assist in the preparation of timely, accurate, and meaningful investor relations-related reports and materials required for investor and management decision making;
  • Provide support for annual stockholders' meetings and other corporate events;
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and market conditions;
  • Monitor and report on changes in regulations and policies affecting our business;
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in the Financial Services Industry, Banking or other relevant/similar role/industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, economics or business-related course;
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting regulations BSP, SEC, BIR regulations, Corporate Finance skills, basic organizational compliance and administrative policies and procedures;
  • Experience in financial spreadsheets/modeling/simulations/forecasting, written and oral communication and presentation skills, financial analysis, process improvements, time management, and basic operational and administrative skills;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
