About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and administrative skills, with the ability to perform basic bookkeeping, data entry, and clerical tasks efficiently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and encoding real estate property management-related records into accounting software, as well as performing other administrative tasks as needed. These tasks include:

  • In-depth research to gather information
  • Cycle billing, monitoring meter changes, and keeping files and records up-to-date
  • Creating and maintaining billing spreadsheets
  • Billing Reconciliation
  • Liaising with vendors and providing customer service as required

To excel in this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of accounting and administrative experience. Additionally, you should be proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.

You must also have a stable internet connection with minimal to no electricity/power issues, be available during US business hours, and be comfortable working graveyard shifts. It is essential that you are fully available, have no current open contracts with other employers, and are free from other work commitments.
