  • Assist in recruiting and selecting new employees.
  • Represent the company in SENA Conferences.
  • Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the endorsing and/or routing of the Accountability Clearance and Release Form (ACARF) of inactive employees to Head Office.
  • Maintain positive working relationships between all groups/personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor tardiness, cases of AWOL, and absenteeism.
  2. Facilitate liaising of concerns of employees with the Comp & Ben Team and vice versa.
  3. Coordinate with the Training Team on the schedule of New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  4. Prepare and issue a Return-to-Work Notice (RTWN).
