In this role, you will act as an Employee Relations Specialist at RMEV ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED, addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication within the organization. Primary responsibilities include:

Recruitment:

  • Coordinating job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.

Onboarding:

  • Welcoming new employees, processing paperwork, explaining company policies and benefits, and setting up their accounts.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintaining accurate employee data, including personal details, employment history, leave records, performance evaluations, and training records.

Payroll Processing:

  • Preparing payroll data by submitting employee time sheets and verifying salary calculations, deductions, and government contributions.

Benefits Administration:

  • Responding to employee inquiries about health insurance, provident fund, and other benefits, and assisting with enrollment procedures.

Leave Management:

  • Monitoring employee leaves (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity) to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Compliance:

  • Staying current on labor laws and regulations and adhering to company policies regarding employment practices.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns, promoting communication between employees and management, and resolving minor workplace issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Producing HR reports and dashboards to track essential metrics such as employee turnover, headcount, and recruitment performance.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Filing, data entry, maintaining employee directories, and organizing HR-related events.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and related employment laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy
