We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our team in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business operations and have excellent communication skills.
The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing business listings, communicating with clients, drafting correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through professional calls and emails.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, CRM systems, and business listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
