As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our international team. Your primary responsibility will be to perform general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will possess expertise in accounts receivable management, including end-to-end processes, timely collection of payments, and maintenance of AR ledgers. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries regarding payments and terms, providing professional follow-up on overdue invoices.

Strong communication and time management skills are essential for this role, as you will need to work independently and collaborate with remote teams effectively. Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are also required.
