Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill an Administrative Assistant role.

This position will contribute to the success of our organization by managing business systems, processes and administrative operations.

About the Role
  • This role is ideal for someone with experience in an administrative support position within a trade or services industry setting.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience working with SimPRO software.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to understand business operations and financial information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Manage business systems and processes to support team productivity.
  • Leverage SimPRO software to enhance workflows and contribute to staff training.
  • Accelerate personal growth opportunities in advanced software management, reporting and communication.
  • Create and update templates for quoting and invoicing using SimPRO software.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff, maintain accurate records and contribute to staff development.
  • Prepare executive-level email responses with attention to detail and professionalism.
