Financial Operations Specialist

The Business and Finance Specialist will play a critical role in identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within business and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop, track, and interpret business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses on projects and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
