
Business Operations Specialist

Core Responsibilities:- Candidate Communications Management
- Manage communications with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline, ensuring timely responses and efficient information exchange.
- Offer Administration & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate offer letters, track signatures, schedule onboarding events, and ensure completion of all onboarding tasks.
- Guide Team Point of Contact
- Provide primary support to new hires during the hiring and onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns.
- Operational Process Improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of efficient systems and processes, enhancing the hiring and onboarding experience.
- Team Performance Monitoring & Support
- Assist in tracking and analyzing team performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting management in addressing challenges.
- Operational Flexibility & Growth Opportunities
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with potential opportunities for expanded operational and strategic roles as the company grows.
