Duties and Responsibilities of a Credit Acquisition Specialist

Marketing and Client Acquisition

  • Actively promote and market the company's loan products through fieldwork, referrals, social media, and community engagement.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, explaining loan features, benefits, and promo offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loan renewals, repeat transactions, and referrals.
  • Distribute marketing materials and represent the company in promotional activities, ensuring brand visibility.
  • Gather client feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support management in improving products and services.

Loan Processing and Origination

  • Assist prospective clients in completing loan applications and compiling documentary requirements.
  • Verify client information, such as residence and business operations, through calls or field visits.
  • Clearly explain loan terms, conditions, interest rates, repayment schedules, and borrower obligations.
  • Facilitate signing of loan agreements, disclosure statements, promissory notes, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate loan release and ensure proper documentation and turnover of proceeds.

Collections and Account Management

  • Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential delinquencies early.
  • Conduct follow-ups through phone, messaging platforms, or field visits for overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements or restructuring agreements in coordination with supervisors.
  • Submit daily reports of all transactions.
  • Conduct skip tracing and field verification for uncontactable borrowers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,150.00 per month
