  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code using JavaScript and other relevant technologies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  5. Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation (4+ years)
  • Strong understanding of ITOM (Visibility, Health, or Optimization) and CMDB configuration concepts
  • Excellent coding skills and knowledge of JavaScript and relevant web technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
