**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

The successful candidate will also integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Create and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years+ experience with ServiceNow administration
  • Up-to-date understanding of marketplace and technology changes relevant to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, SPM, service portal, and knowledge management applications
  • High average in communication skills
