Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow ITSM and HR product capabilities and complementary technologies.
  • Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Participate in workshops to gather business/technical user stories and consult with customers and team members on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including Scoped Application Development, Application UI Configuration, and Workflow Configuration.
  • Design and develop integration components, such as SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Service Catalog structuring and Widget development.
  • Create and deliver solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of technical best practices and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and follow SDLC best practices including proper testing and code documentation.
  • Follow the organization's change management policy for all configuration changes, including vendor-made changes.
