Key Role

Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing and hiring results for manufacturing roles while enhancing client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and gain buy-in from clients for project strategy, including employer branding, sourcing channels, assessment, and onboarding elements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR) and position the company as trusted partners who protect client brand, culture, and values.
  • Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates; screen applicants to present shortlists to relevant decision-makers.
Role Requirements
  • Japanese talent acquisition experience is critical.
  • Experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space is essential.
  • Comply with company standards on values and ethics in all delivery and client interactions.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround.
  • Charisma and a strong, collaborative approach to work with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving capability and self-motivation; teamwork is essential.
