Job Summary
Biocostech Philippines Corp is seeking a Key Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail and distribution accounts. You will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional agreements to align with company goals and account needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG or skincare industry. With a strong background in handling Modern Trade accounts, preferably with Mercury Drug Corporation (MDC), Puregold, Robinsons, SM, etc. Highly analytical, creative, organized, and possess a good leadership style
