
VIP Client Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional support to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats. This role involves handling client inquiries, identifying problems, and offering solutions and recommendations to enhance their websites.
- Assist clients throughout the website production process until launch.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the production team.
- Ensure projects remain within scope.
- Regularly report project progress to clients.
- Maintain tight control over project timelines.
- Offer suggestions to clients on improving their online presence using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to design Homepage, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests.
- Design aesthetically pleasing and functional website layouts.
- Foster excellent customer relationships.
- Track web project issues and drive resolution.
- Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
- Coordinate with colleagues via phone and email.
- Anticipate potential project errors before clients require assistance.
- Ensure successful project launches with minimal revisions required.
- Monitor websites for possible issues and suggest revisions.
- Provide timely phone support to clients and offer quality consultations.
- Document customer requests and issues related to our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and record them in our management system, addressing them promptly.
- Utilize internal and external resources to provide resolutions and suggestions enhancing clients' websites.
- Set clear expectations for service turnaround times.
- Report or escalate issues to the production team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Build rapport with existing and potential clients to promote product solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Be well-organized, self-directed, and able to multitask, ensuring high-quality work.
- Meet team metrics set by management.
- Adapt to changes implemented by management.
- Share knowledge on handling difficult customer concerns for efficient team performance.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support serving U.S./North America clients.
- Superb written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent, capable of explaining technical information.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Able to work night shifts and/or overtime.
- Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Experience with website content management and internet-related products is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Real Estate terminology and general knowledge is an advantage.],
