Client Success Specialist, Enterprise Accounts

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Success Manager to ensure that our enterprise-level clients receive consistent, high-quality support and attention. They will be responsible for managing daily communications, responding quickly to client requests, questions, and needs, while maintaining a proactive approach to client success.

  • Manage daily communications with clients, responding promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager to develop and execute account strategies that meet or exceed performance objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client support, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Utilize project management platforms to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings, presenting solutions and providing recommendations to enhance client experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience in an Enterprise SaaS or services industry.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Strong sense of urgency and proactivity, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
