Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing role
