VIP Web Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional support to our clients through various channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients during the website production process, serving as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring projects remain within scope, reporting progress to clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and coordinating with our office by phone and email.

A successful VIP Web Consultant should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to identify problems and offer solutions that improve our clients' websites. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients during the website production process until their website is launched
  • Serving as a liaison between our clients and the production team
  • Ensuring project requirements are met
  • Providing regular updates to clients on project status
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinating with our office by phone and email

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer support, with at least 1 year of experience servicing customers in the U.S./North America. You must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a neutral North American accent. Experience with Salesforce, website content management, and internet-related products is a plus.
