The Document Coordinator role involves preparing and safeguarding contracts, ensuring timely completion and maintaining transparent, easily traceable documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately encode contract data
- Properly prepare and save files to backup drives
- Endorse signatures for Contract Heads, Cost Management Heads, Construction Heads, AVP Operations, Executive Office, and Contractors
- Organize and safely keep all Contracts, making them easily traceable
- Transcribe, scan, or photocopy hard copy documents as needed
- Meet set schedules and deadlines
- Input, track, and maintain encoded data and records
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
- Establish record retention timelines
Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Bachelor of Science preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle large quantities of data accurately and effectively
