JOB FUNCTION
The AGSL Administrative Assistant supports site operations by managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating daily administrative functions. This role ensures smooth communication, compliance with reporting requirements, and proper handling of office records and inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and organize all documents, including delivery receipts, equipment logs, purchase requests, and payroll summaries
Prepare daily sales reports and record transactions in Quickbooks
Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes when needed
Act as liaison between site personnel and the main office for administrative and HR concerns
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Business Unit Head or CEO
Prepare necessary documents for permits and other compliance requirements
Willingness to travel
Qualifications:
At least a college level
With basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information
Can work with minimal supervision
Previous admin experience or background in a construction/quarry setup is an advantage
