Job Title

Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of documentation in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Audit patient care documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in documentation promptly.
  • Ensure that patient care reports are compliant and ready for billing purposes.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between facilities, field officers, and the Quality Assurance team.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on documentation standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance documentation processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare documentation standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
