Overview

JOB SUMMARY: The Contracts Document Controller will be responsible in preparation and safe keeping of contracts (Construction & Consultancy Contract). Contract Document Controller responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files, and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents is also important. Ensures that assigned works are completed on time and to the highest standards possible.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably a Bachelor of Science course
  • Knowledge and experience working within a real estate industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Application
  • Proficient in typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Be able to handle large quantities of data accurately and effectively
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data in a contract
  • Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
  • Endorse to the signatories such as Contract Head/Cost Management Head, Construction Head, AVP Operations, Executive Office and Contractors (thru Procurement Department)
  • Organize and safe keeps all Contracts. Make sure that all documents will be easily traceable. Organize files in a logical and manageable manner.
  • Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
  • Establish and maintain record retention timelines
  • Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
