We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This key role will play a vital part in supporting our President and collaborating closely with the Business Development and Estimating teams to expand our outreach across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough research to identify and build prospect lists across various sectors.
  • Engaging with high-level stakeholders through professional communication channels.
  • Supporting the President with meeting preparation and background research.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach.
  • Strong background in conducting targeted research and building prospect pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
