This exciting opportunity is a chance to leverage your skills and expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as a trusted broker for clients looking to buy or sell businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on guidance, support, and strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction process.

  • As the main point of contact for a portfolio of sellers, you will ensure timely support and facilitate a seamless client experience by providing valuable insights, removing obstacles, and aligning both parties toward a successful transaction.
  • Manage listings for existing sellers, monitor performance, field buyer inquiries, and offer regular updates, feedback, and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client-provided financial data and market metrics to determine an appropriate valuation range, considering industry benchmarks and comparable transactions.
  • Support the management and coordination of legal documents, such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs). While not expected to draft or modify contracts yourself, you will ensure these documents are shared, understood, and progressed through the platform workflow in a timely and professional manner.
  • Allocate time to engage with buyers, understand their needs, pair them with relevant listings, and present matching opportunities to drive acquisition success.
  • Leverage personalized communication and follow-up strategies to convert interest into actionable opportunities, showcasing the platform's value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with repeat buyers, institutional investors, and strategic acquirers, building trust and credibility through consistent communication, insight sharing, and professional support.
  • Collaborate internally to develop winning strategies that align buyer and seller expectations, ensuring successful deal closure and facilitating post-transaction feedback sessions to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Document sales activity accurately using tools like HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively, supporting reporting, forecasting, and collaboration across departments.
