Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Acquisition Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads, verifying details, and organizing data into spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced research tools and databases to find target prospects.
  • Collect and verify contact information.
  • Organize and input data into CRM tools.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets.
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, or data entry role.
  • Background in using AI-powered lead sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in utilizing G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition.
