Job Title

A Senior Business Development Lead is sought to spearhead client M&A origination efforts.

This role involves identifying acquisition targets for private equity clients through meticulous research and data analysis.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate databases of potential targets, collaborate with analysts to profile prospects, and provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date company lists and ensure targets meet investment criteria
  • Conduct thorough research using public databases, directories, and scraping tools
  • Organize and input company and contact data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide ad hoc research and administrative support to the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the M&A landscape and industry trends
  • Experience with data scraping tools and CRM software is an asset
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
