Job Title: Sales Growth Associate

Job Description:

  • Our Sales Growth team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their ranks as a Sales Growth Associate. As a Sales Growth Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and research.
  • You will conduct in-depth research on target businesses, industries, challenges, and pain points, using these insights to personalize outreach and craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Assess potential leads by initiating conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, determining if they align with the criteria for becoming qualified opportunities for our sales team.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives, managing schedules, sending invitations, and ensuring both parties have the necessary information for productive discussions.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with prospects by providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns, following up on previous interactions to nurture relationships and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Record and track all lead interactions in our CRM system, keeping contact details updated, logging conversation notes, and maintaining accurate data for reporting and analysis.
  • Partner closely with our sales team by providing well-qualified leads and valuable insights, sharing feedback on lead quality, contributing to account strategies, and suggesting improvements to the lead qualification process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales (hunting via outbound prospecting).
  • B2B technology industry experience (SaaS sales).
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and Mixmax.
  • Experience in startup environments.
  • Excellent conversational skills & ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
  • Availability to work EST (New York) or PST (San Francisco) timezone is a must.
