At our organization, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales growth initiatives, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through lead generation, client relationship nurturing, and supporting senior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new leads via online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Support senior sales professionals in building relationships with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records with up-to-date lead and client information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns in targeted regions.
  • Familiarize yourself with our HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
  • Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
