Job Title: Remote Patient Enrollment Representative

This full-time, permanent position involves utilizing our phone system and CRM to assist patients with order refills and answer inquiries.

  • Receive and place enrollment calls within specified hours of operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while working remotely from home.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in using a computer, and possess excellent active listening skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company phone system and CRM to assist patients with order refills and answer inquiries.
  • Receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls within specified hours of operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a caring, professional demeanor.
  • Work remotely from home and comply with remote work policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
