Patient Service Coordinator

As a Speech Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking speech therapy services. You will guide them through the service intake process, addressing basic questions and ensuring seamless communication between patients, therapists, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound leads via phone and text, establishing rapport with patients while representing our organization with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize proprietary tools to determine out-of-pocket insurance costs and match patients with suitable therapists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility.
- Schedule evaluations and follow-ups using electronic health records (EHRs) and calendar tools, maintaining organized records of all communications and outcomes across multiple practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple systems.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer relationship management (CRM) software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
