The PHRN Patient Care Representative Team Lead – Quality & Compliance supports home health services by ensuring team adherence to HIPAA, process standards, and quality service delivery, using RingCentral for communication and Axxess EHR for documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality monitoring and compliance oversight for patient care representatives.
  • Audit documentation in Axxess EHR for accuracy, completeness, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Train and coach team members on best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Coordinate with clinicians to address service delivery issues.
  • Escalate non-compliance or urgent quality concerns to management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).Certification in healthcare compliance or administration preferred.
  • 2–3 years in healthcare quality, compliance, or administration; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
  • Proficient in RingCentral and Axxess EHR.
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
  • Reliable internet for remote work.
