Patient Service Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for answering their calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their billing queries and concerns, as well as collecting outstanding balances from patients.
You will also be required to work effectively with third-party entities, such as insurance companies, to resolve any issues that may arise regarding patient accounts.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- College graduate or at least 2 years in college
- Degrees and courses related to the medical field are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in email usage
