As a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews, providing timely feedback and updates to ensure exceptional candidate experience.
  • Draft engaging job advertisements tailored to attract top talent, highlighting key responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on cultural fit and long-term relationships.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably supporting US clients in IT, healthcare, or BPO sectors.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across various platforms, with ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, including HR software and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience recruiting for senior-level positions, with ability to navigate complex hiring processes.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, and compliance factors, including salary ranges and industry trends.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with ability to build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
