At Atlas Technica, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Your primary role will involve managing calendars, communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with our Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate communication and internal stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
  • Coordinate video screening interviews and maintain data integrity within our ATS
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills and potential
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruiting activities and metrics
  • Prepare new hires for onboarding sessions and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in HR or recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in recruiting, online interviewing, or human resources
  • Proactive project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong team working skills and commitment to collaboration
