At TalentPop, we are expanding our team with a Recruitment Specialist position. We help eCommerce brands scale with world-class customer support.

About the Role
  • This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.
Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
