US Technical Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled US Technical Recruiter to fill technical roles with our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify candidates for technical positions, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, cloud specialists, and other IT-related roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requirement analysis to final offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
