About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Professional to join our team and drive growth by expanding our client base in the US.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your goal is to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough telephone screening and assessment of candidate skills to shortlist profiles for review.
  • Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Pursue new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience from reputable firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • High energy, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work within the US shift.
