As a seasoned Client Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and our virtual assistance team, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout the partnership.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance client relationships and retention.
  • Leading direct video interactions with international clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Cultivating a high-performing team of virtual assistants by coaching, developing, and mentoring them.
  • Bridging communication gaps between clients and VAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Fostering a culture of growth and development within the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred).
  • Exceptional client management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage, train, and coordinate with other teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for executive-level interactions.
  • A deep understanding of business operations and what drives client satisfaction.
