We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Specialist.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with clients, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:- Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular outreach and follow-up communications.
- Understand client concerns and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Objection Handling & Sales:
- Effectively address client objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales of credit rebuilding products.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and features to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- CRM Management:
- Accurately document client interactions, objections, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
