As a key member of our organization, the Account Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with global clients at executive levels. This position requires an in-depth understanding of our company's value proposition and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and communication; leverage our customer relationship management (CRM) system to stay organized.
  • Develop and articulate our unique value proposition to global clients based on a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Utilize expertise in sales and account management to drive growth and achieve individual performance targets.
  • Collaborate across geographies, functions, and time zones to deliver complex solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain high client touch volume and meet or exceed expectations for communication frequency and quality.
  • Generate quotes and collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with partners, vendors, and suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and time-management skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Achieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Meet education and experience requirements outlined below.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Sales, or Business, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and personality that enables engagement with global clients at executive levels.
  • Proven experience in inside sales and working with global accounts is highly desirable.
