
Senior Financial Administrator

This Senior Bookkeeper role requires a highly skilled professional to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting. They will also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow forecasting
- Provide exceptional client service and support
- Prepare payables and receivables reports
- Manage sales invoicing and track projects
- Conduct end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS and deliver quality bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, specifically with Australian clients
- Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
