Portrait Session Representative

This is a key role within our business as the primary point of contact for families interested in our portrait sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to make outbound calls to warm leads, manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families, book qualified studio portrait sessions, and establish rapport with parents by showcasing our enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • The successful candidate will address objections with professionalism and confidence, accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems, and consistently meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate with the sales and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • We are looking for individuals with strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in metrics-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, including being confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • A goal-oriented and motivated individual who is driven by commission and performance metrics is ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
