Job Title: Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting sales outreach to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth through exceptional communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales Calls and Email Follow-ups: Conduct targeted sales calls and email follow-ups to potential leads to build strong relationships and drive conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in both English and French, providing them with expert product/service information and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Communication and Persuasion: Confidently present and communicate product/service information to potential customers, utilizing excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and client interactions, ensuring seamless follow-up and relationship management.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and improve conversion rates, sharing feedback and insights from client interactions to optimize sales processes.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both English and French (written and spoken), as well as proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or customer service. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong time management, and consistency in meeting performance goals.
