You are a senior expert in marketing cloud strategy. Your role involves working closely with clients to help them maximize the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drive customer engagement and business success.

Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies makes you a trusted advisor. You excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

As a key partner for our clients, your work involves designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to achieve this goal.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Conduct business analysis to review existing processes, systems, and documentation.">
  • Identify different use cases and create test scripts based on captured user requirements.">
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members to contribute to solution design.">
  • Map requirements to capabilities using Marketing Cloud's standard features.">
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.">
  • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud systems according to solution design and best practices.">
  • Provide user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.">
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.">
  • Perform data gathering to define and document business requirements, and work closely with the Solution lead designer to map solutions per requirement.">
  • Provide input to project estimates specific to declarative system design.">
  • Identify different use cases and create test scripts specific to captured user requirements.">
  • Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.">
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per architect or lead designer specification.">
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to solution objectives.">
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.">
  • Provide hypercare support to assist end-users.">
  • Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.">
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required, including Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator.">
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.">
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Tenacious, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated.">
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as Experience Cloud solutions.">
  • Strong Data Analysis skills required.">
