Company seeks a skilled professional to work as a Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist. This is a remote position that requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients and ensure their Dynamics environments are efficient and user-friendly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will gain in-depth technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • We require a deep understanding of business platforms and processes, including translating business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • This role involves working closely with other teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides on business processes and applications, development standards, integrations, and data sources are essential.
Requirements:
  • A degree in technology, business or related area of study is required, along with at least 5 years' experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies is expected.
