Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, and instant messaging.

About the Role:

  • Provide first-level technical support for software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity issues.
  • Document all incidents and requests in our IT Service Management (ITSM) system of record.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from clients.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using available tools and resources.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
